Artist Resources And Updates: COVID-19

Happy First Day of Spring!: "Life Support" During the Pandemic

We are living in a strange time, indeed. Netflix and chill has taken on an entirely new meaning. In an unsettling reversal of our teenage years, we are now yelling at our parents for going out. All jokes aside, we know things are scary and stressful. We're in it with you! Building 180, based in San Francisco, has a 3 week stay-in-place mandate in place. We work with artists and event producers who are all feeling the effects. With jobs being canceled, we know artists and gig workers need support more than ever. With quarantines in place, we wanted to share helpful resources, information and activities you can access from home.

Bay Area Safety Net Fund

From their website, "the Safety Net Fund is a non-profit designed to help support artists in the Bay Area during the COVID-19 crisis....We prioritize artists that typically make their living offline at events & retail establishments that have been cancelled or closed due to coronavirus. This includes performing artists, musicians, visual artists, event producers, and other types of creators."
